First of all, why is it that little things that you would never think would piss off a women piss women off. For example. I was talking about this camping trip i went on to my girlfriend and i said "it was the best time of my life". Instead of saying "im glad you had fun" she says "wow, that makes me feel good that you had a better time camping than you do hanging out with me". WTF that wasnt even close to what i meant and why the hell do women have to turn everything against us?????

She was probably having a bad day or something else is bothering her. We dont get pissed off at anything its just that one thing let us speak out. We are usually mad at something else but bring it out at a different time.

Sounds to me like she needs to grow up. That's something I would say as a joke & I would be glad you had a good time. Not all women turn everything against a guy; my friends don't. So you can wait for her to show some maturity or look for someone who is.

But I know what you mean -I've had many a time where something a guy says or does upsets me & I let him know about it. Most of the time, I later realize how, in the scheme of things, it was minor & I apologize. I don't always know what gets into me!

Well, i think women tend to think they are always in competition and dont like being put under anyone if she is #1 in your life at the time. I'm probably way off. The only other thing i can think of is for you to remember about what date that was and try not to mention camping around that same date next month!

sadly as a woman we are very insecure. She is just feeling a little undervalued. I wish that I could be one of the guys sometimes cuse nothing seems to phaze them and they just have fun. Girls can have fun its just not the same kind of fun. The simpelest things can amuse guys and girls will just say it imature. Because you can have fun with the guys, she needs to hear from you things that you love about her that those guys just cant hold a candle to. and Im not talking about sex. Maybe she makes you laugh and you enjoy deeper more meaningful conversations with her. Tell her you would like to top the best time of your life,to date, by spending time doing something that you both will think is totally great. You may experiance alot of great things seprately, but when it comes to feeling like your at home, loved and contented, its her you want to be with. There are many things you are going to have fun doing and she will as well ....let her know that....should you feel hurt if she has "the best time of her life' without you??? Good luck , from a woman that truely understands

I'm willing to bet she'd had a bad day or (lame, but sometimes true) was menstruating.Let her know that you were hurt by her attitude, and that you were trying to share something with her that meant a lot to you. Hopefully she'll apologize and all will be well. But if this is a constant occurance, maybe you need to seek out someone more mature--girls who constantly belittle their boyfriends and get angry about simple vernacular are insecure and are trying to get their boyfriends to constantly express their adoration. These girls aren't yet women--they have a lot to learn about appreciating the men in their lives. Best of luck to you, hon!

We read into a lot of things, sometimes the way you guys say things is usually the first thing that pops into you head. What you could have said was that you had a great time, then she may have not blown up the way she did.

We don't turn everything against guys, I think it's just that sometimes you guys forget that you are not hanging out with your buddies so no consideration for your partner applies.

I think for some reason women like to know or at least think they are number one. When you talk about your past...it most likely kills her that you have been with other women. Plus you never know when it might be that wonderful PMS time.

My husband and my ex husband were like this also so it isn't a chick thing. My ex husband made me though out all my pictures of all my past loves and vacations I went on. Now that I'm divorced from him it really upsets me that I did that just to please him. My present husband doesn't like when I talk about where I used to live or anything that has to do with a past life.

It is a tough thing. I have come to realize that people don't want to hear anything about your past and that is something you talk about with your buddies.

Sounds like she's insecure - as alot of women are. Being a woman, I can tell you that I don't intend to turn things around but I get accused of it all the time. In my situation I believe it's a case of my husband trying to turn it on me. Maybe you should take care in the way you word things if everything's going to freak her out. Good luck - believe me, not all women are like that.

well she probbly feels scared that you will find things (other women) better than her. so she says these things to try to let you know how scared she is, with out coming out and saying it. Try reading into what she says. Maybe she was jelous that you went camping without her, maybe she was afraid that you had cheated on her or wanted to. Girls today are very insecure, we see these starved, silicone implanted models, that guys drool over, know that we are second best and cant believe you all are dumb enough to want that. We get scared and insecure with the world around us. This is just my opinion, I don't know your girl, so I am just guessing.

You didn't specify that it was the best time of your life as far as camping goes. Women say they have to be specific to men, yeah right. Here is a prime example that it is the other way around.... If you are just dating time to dump her, it only gets worse when you get married...

Well, first of all, we girls tend to think waaayy too much about certain things. Technically, u F'ed up. Doesnt mean that u ment to do that, but ur gonna have to find some way to make it up to her. Say some sappy love pharase like..."The splender of heaven cant compare to the time I spend with u" or something like that.
