Don't play the victim. You made your bed, now lie in it. It's not your friends' responsibility to be there for you when you're not even there for yourself. Sounds like you need their forgiveness before seeking some for yourself. No wonder they still won't talk to you.

I say this with much love; you sound not only insecure, but immature. You own what you do. It sounds to me that your friends are a little more mature, and have enough sense to know when to walk away from a bad situtation. You have to want to help yourself before you can expect help from others.

You said that you got into a LOT of trouble and was doing a LOT of bad things. Grow up. Become responsible. You will then have people that will want to stick around in your life.

Sounds like you need to rethink your thoughts. Look inside yourself for help. They can't help you with the things you know you need. You have to help yourself. Show them that your the better person and find yourself. Do things that you like to do. Go out and clear your head with a long nice walk. Get yourself back because it seems like you lost it somewhere along the line. When we were kids that's all we would think about friends where everything. Well now you know no one is your friend you are your own person now go out there and make something of yourself.!

they may have been trying some "tough love" and besides, sometimes people choose to NOT say anything because they are afraid to. it may have been easier for them to just go along the way they had been without you. perhaps they thought you wouldn't listen.
if you are done doing these "bad things" and you want these friends back, you could apologize to them for your behavior and as you grow closer you could bring up the whole thing about them not being there when you needed them...i'm sure the opportunity will raise it's ugly head.

They left because they were afraid you would drag them down with you. This isn't the movies were people intervene with tough love. You were responsible for your actions, not them. Sure, it would be nice if this were the movies, but it isn't. All you can do now is prove to them you are not the person you were.
