yes it does.. i think.. it gives a 'flavour' or adds an interesting aspect to a person's face.
if the hat shadows the eyes.. like the one Pink wore for Moulin Rouge.. it adds a touch of glamour.
shape of hat should match the person's face and clothing.. thats important. wearing a cowbow hat with a formal suit will make a guy look dumb i think hahah.
