Meh. I don't know about "understanding" it, ok, but I think most people will be able to set it aside and not mind terribly, provided it isn't a threat to life and limb or anything. I mean, having a different appearance is one thing, but if your mutation has a habit of oh, blowing things *up* for example, that might be a bit different.
Even so, if you are filthy rich or come from a filthy rich family, money seems to make up for a lot.
Just look at Paris Hilton. She's so rich people think she's "hot" in spite of having *one eye BIGGER than the other*. *rofl* =))
Hmm....I doubt you have anything to worry about, unless you are already dirt poor, unpopular, and *already have* things to worry about, you know?
