Communication skills: having these skills means that you have the ability to effectively and clearly communicate a message or idea to another person either through verbal (spoken) or written communication.

Interpersonal skills: if you have interpersonal skills, that means you are able to work well with others. In other words, you won't be rude to customers, you won't pick fights with co-workers, and you will be polite, courteous, and professional with those you encounter in the workplace.
