I've been watching the ABC soaps for years - AMC since 1975; probably still my favorite. Favorite actor - Michael E. Knight, who has played Tad Martin for years. He's gone from being "Tad the Cad" who slept with every woman in town, to a devoted father and respected citizen. Who just got away with murder. Now, ain't that fun!!

Days of our Lives has been my favorite and only soap I watch since I was fifteen. My neighbor use to record the weeks episodes for me and her and I would watch them all at once on Saturday mornings. My favorite character is Sammy, I know she is suppose to be a villain, but i really like her. I think she is just misunderstood. Who can blame a girl for looking for love? Of course, I guess her sister Carrie would see things differently.

I was never a soap fan ever...but my co-workers all watch As the World Turns during lunch and now I am hooked. I even bought the Oakdale Confidential book. I know I am lame.
