Hmmm....I guess I wouldn't worry about the site. I'd worry that the state still acknowledges that fact that he still owes you the money. There has to be a way to ask the state if they show on record that he still owes you.
PS, to the answerer that said "It's child support, not ex-wife support" - It's the same thing. Child Support is paid to the parent with custody, to help with their bills. I agree there are some gold digging women who use the money to get boob jobs and buy new clothes for themselves. These are the exceptions, not the rule. Most parents who get child support use that money for food, electricity, rent, all bills that increase when you have children. It's never paid directly to the child, so it's impossible to "owe the child".

it does no longer be properly rather worth the time! I even have 2 infants, my oldest is 6 and at an analogous time as there's a court order for new child help, I even have by no potential won something. the daddy does not see his infants, no calls, no cares. in my view, you would be dropping it sluggish. no remember if that's a controversy of theory and not with reference to the money, it would take plenty out of you. First, you would be able to desire to locate him. Then, if he's not on your beginning certificates, you will wish a dna attempt (which would be obtained with a subpoena) to tutor he's the daddy. Then, you're able to locate the proper records on your states internet site (I googled it and located subpoenas, order to offer records, and so on). Print and report records on the community courthouse, alongside with a submitting cost. And wait. then wait some greater, as that's no longer a quick technique via any potential. you're able to win a judgement interior the tip, yet remember, a judgement does no longer mean you will unquestionably get any money. stable success!

He owes you 50,000 or he owes your child 50,000. Don't get them confused, it is called child support, not ex-wife support.
