My ex owes me over $50000. We haven't seen or received any money except for tax interceps and something about a lien payment for about 4 years. He was on the IL Deadbeat Dad website and then he was removed. I am told this is confidential info.
The guy hasn't even seen or called his kids all this time. I have 4 children and I think I should know how he got removed without paying up or at least the general guidelines to being removed.

Hmmm....I guess I wouldn't worry about the site. I'd worry that the state still acknowledges that fact that he still owes you the money. There has to be a way to ask the state if they show on record that he still owes you.
PS, to the answerer that said "It's child support, not ex-wife support" - It's the same thing. Child Support is paid to the parent with custody, to help with their bills. I agree there are some gold digging women who use the money to get boob jobs and buy new clothes for themselves. These are the exceptions, not the rule. Most parents who get child support use that money for food, electricity, rent, all bills that increase when you have children. It's never paid directly to the child, so it's impossible to "owe the child".

He owes you 50,000 or he owes your child 50,000. Don't get them confused, it is called child support, not ex-wife support.
