UNICEF does well there are little boxes that kids take around but instead of candy ask for money to donate to other children, they usually make a lot of money, if the kids honestly turn the boxes in.

It's UNICEF. They have the little orange carriers to collect money in when you go trick-or-treating.

Yeah, it is UNICEF. I myself am going trick or treating for some donations.
