I'm 5'9" and I think a gal 6'2" with heels is really quite hot!

Wearing "hills" might be rather uncomfortable and I'm not sure you'd have the strength to move mountains! Not to mention finding the right fit and a matched pair would probably be more than a little challenging!
All joking aside, if you want to wear "heels" then go for it.

I'm 5'4" and I've never figured out how to wear hills. But go ahead and wear heels if you like.

Hey, I'm 5'10 and I wear the tallest heels I can find. Our long legs look fabulous in tall heels. I say go for it!

Certainly. You can always date 6'5" and taller if you want. Or, run for Miss Tall International! THe current crown holder is only 6'.

you can wear whatever you want. As long as you feel comfortable, who cares. Wear heels if you like them!

Why not? If you like them and it doesn't bother you to be taller than other people than by all means wear them.
