get some pale pink nylons/tights to stretch over the hangers and spray or glue on some glitter. glitter up another pair of pink or white tights and wear them under a pair of pink shorts and top or a pink dress. Add glitter to your hair and on your face. Good luck!!

If you can't buy them done at any store (that are cheap) then I suggest to draw them, use gelly type markers with glitter in them. Your wings should match the color of your dress.
Find a cute skirt in the house (by cute I don't mean short and sexlike stuff) you know skirts with any of the rainbow colors, or a beige one with lace or ribbons that are colorful. On the top wear something tight (like the upper part of ballerina dresses) it should match your skirt... Then draw paint your wings and attach them to the hangers you've already shaped, place them with silicone or strong glue like uhu... for your feet wear sandals (if it's not too cold where you live..) sandals with the sort of string you can tie around the legs.. Greek like, remember the Cesar's sandals well same as those.. if you do not have those just wear some without heels that match your costume hopefully ones that have glitter or some that sparkles on them... make a magic wand and for your hair wear some color ribbons like little girls do, or cheerleader like.. however you want them...

i was a fairy a few years ago. honestly, i bought the wings..theywere only like $15. i got a ballet leotard and some tights, and some ballet slippers and i had a wand already. i put some fake flowers and vines in my hair..it was cute. but if oyu have to make them...what are you thinking, putting hosiery over the hanger part? that will work, then put some glitter or something over it. it might be easier just to run out and buy the wings at a costume place....

If you have a drip cofee maker then you have filters. I saw this on TV today! Take one or two filters and fold them together in half around the wire, for the wings, staple the filters to the wire and close enough to hold in place, while overlaping with two more continueing around until complete. Use any paper or an old pillow case for the center! Use the filters in the same way to create a collar or sleeves ruffles! Wear pants and a matching To-To. Try to match the colors of your blouse pant and To-to.

Well....... for the wings, stretch black pantyhose over the hangers... Line your eyes really dark, on the top in eyeliner, line your lash line, and make a swirl near the corner of your eye (not near your nose of course) Line the bottom dark as well. The put pink eyeshadow just above, but not covering your eyeliner. Both on your eyelid and underneath your eye. Then put glitter on your eyelid all the way up to your brown, and underneath, to about your nose. For the outfit, wear a black tight shirt, and a black or pink skirt and black heels. Black boots would work too. Good luck!

Oh, maybe I can help. I think the key to a fairy outfit is in the makeup. If you picture it my way, it doesn't matter how pretty your outfit is, it can look raggedy & all, but with some sparkle in your long eyelashes, you acn oull it together. Wings of course are essential. Do you own some fabric you can wrap those hangers with? And maybe for shoes, make them out of fabric, to make it look eevn more like the real thing; wear some nylons under too. You could also add accesories like wands or little "tinks" (if that's what they're called) like on your shoes; One on each. Gosh & idk, maybe get some temp. colored contacts in a pretty color. Hope it helped, and good luck!

Panty Hose make the best fairy wings.
You can spruce them up with some glitter and spray paint. It will dry fast.

If you're going for a storybook fairy, try a pretty party dress with your wings and glittery makeup. Make a wand out of a dowel and some ribbons and glitter.

If you're going for a nature fairy- try a long flowy earth tone skirt with a simple tank top, mess up your hair- maybe even stick some leaves in it and wear earth toned makeup. Make your wand out of a tree branch - preferably with the leaves still attached.

Well, what I would do is wear a cute little skirt with a sparkly shirt that matches your wings and wear white silky slippers for the shoes and use a lot of glitter in the eyes when you do your make up. Good luck! I would like to hear how it turns out!

You definitely need a wand - you can cut out a cardboard star and cover it in anything glittery or foil as a last resort - place the star on a stick - also covered with glitter or foil. You could put ribbons around the wand or if you have curling ribbon from Christmas wrapping paper that would work too. Lots hanging down by star would work.

Good luck!

take the hangers, and slide on a pair of nylons, preferably white ones, dont forget to cut the pantyhose in half, spray with glitter glue, or hairspay and sprinkle glittler on them!
for the costume, take old sheers, or eyelet curtains, and put a panel over each shoulder, half way mark being the shoulder, attach at the waist with a funky tie, or belt.
use a tie or belt/sash to attach the wings in the middle of your back, making two loops that you can put your arms through...
hope this helps...
