I am sitting at work and all of sudden I am sooooooooooooo sleepy. I also have all of the other characteristics that come with the territory.

No not anymore as I take evening primrose oil, do yoga and stopped eating carbohdates like bread and lots of chocs. But it was slow progress find out what worked for me. good luck.

I never had anything before, during or after. NOt until I had kids then all hell broke lose. MY poor daughter suffers terrible, maybe if she has kids she will no longer suffer. So women everywhere are different, some do some don't. some at different times in there lives.

No, my periods aren't that bad, but a friend of mine gets cramps so severe that she has to take pain killers or she won't be able to function. I think that it just varies from woman to woman. Something that I've found helps is drinking lots of water and green tea.

I have TERRIBLE PMS. I turn into a super b/witch..mood swings, catty, etc...it's terrible and lasts nearly a week.
