I just had my first sexual experience a few days ago.. and I gotta say, it was probably the worst pain ive ever felt in my life. Its been over 2 days already and I still have traces of blood in my urine. Is that even normal??

Sex for the first time for women is usually not pleasant. The bleeding is from breaking the hymen. Yours will probably go away soon. Don't use doche, just normal washing and wiping.
My first time was on my honeymoon with my husband. I bled all down my leg and on him, and it was very yucky. I don't remember it feeling good, just a new experience. Sometimes now (even years later) sex hurts. It just depends on how warmed up you are and how big he is. Bigger is not necessarily better if it is jammed in you.
So I would recommend that you only have sex with people you trust and that will listen to you and your needs.

I don't know. I didn't bleed at all when I had sex for the first time ever. It was kind of akward for me. It was with my boyfriend after I graduated high school. It lasted maybe 10 minutes and I didn't even come... he did though, in like 5 seconds... lol.
I probably didn't bleed because I had masturbated before, with toys. Everyone's different. Maybe you should ask your mom...

It was painful, but I did not bleed.
If you keep on see the traces of blood, after a while,then go see your gynecologist.

i bled too, not much though, but it did last for a few days afterwards. so your bleeding is perfectly normal. and the pain for me wasnt extreme, but rather was uncomfortable.

no its not normal, he must have been pretty rough....or it's just taking longer than normal for your hymen to break. my first time was special.
