I would say something fast is dress him in all red sweatsuit. Use an old headband and glue on some horns. Then you could stuff a red sock and sew it by hand on the sweat suit. You have a cute devil. I have also seen this. Use a black sweat suit , possible one with a hood. Cut out some white bones either out of paper or felt, if you have it. Then you just sew or pin(with safety pins of course) the bones onto the sweat suit, you have a skeleton. one last one. If you have any team football or base ball outfits that would be good to then just give him a stuffed baseball or football.

Dress him in white, find a mini blankie to tie around neck as a cape. Then make a belt out of something! Then you could pretty much say he's anything... like a super hero, a bandit, something like that. Just an Idea though! (There's always the ghost costume too. Just need a white sheet and scissors!)

Good Luck!

I'm sure if you went to walmart or kmart you could find a nice costume.

Maybe put him in some jeans and a plaid flannel shirt and buy some little cowboy boots and a cowboy hat.

Dress him in a striped onesie or sleeper and draw a moustache on him. You can put a scarf on his head - like a dew rag- He can be a pirate!

Well, try putting him in something warm because it is cold out and being 9 months old, he shouldn't be out in the cold anyways. Does he understand what Halloween is?

Noah's Ark. Dress him as normal, push him in a stroller that has animals in/on it.
You probably have everything you need at home ;)
