if he keeps looking at you ,or spends a lot of time around you

well if he always looking at you and he always say nice things about you . and if he saying hi to you would he like you. believe me i know . all you have to do is ask's him do he want to go out for a smoothy or ask him if he would like to be your study partner. then you make your move.
