Throughout my whole pregnancy thus far I have yet to get morning sickness. However, today at 14 weeks of pregnancy I am completely and utterly nauseated and tired. I do not have any idea as to why but any kind of remedies you may have invented or did when you felt sick would be greatly appreciated.

My wife suffered nausea for quite awhile during the first several weeks of her pregnancy with our son. It seemed a little oatmeal and raisins (with just a little butter and brown sugar) in the morning helped to curb her symptoms, so I would have it ready for her upon awakening. It may not be this for you, but you may find your own preference. Keep trying; relief is not far away.
Best Wishes~

When I was pregnant I kept salt crackers and sprite beside my bed. Before you get up in the morning eat crackers and sprite. It always worked for me. Also, the doctor can prescribe morning sickness pills but they seem to make you tired when you have to work or something. But the crackers and sprite worked for me!

Just like the rest of the mom's say eat crackers before you get out of bed. And also a drink like water, sprite, or juice can work too. And I also ate ice chips, that helped me too.

I kept a large amount of food in my desk at work and would constantly be chewing on something, if I kept my stomach full my nausea didn't seem so terrible. Best Wishes!

this might sound strange to you but when i was pregnant crackers or smaller meals never helped me...what really helped me was ginger tablets..you can get them in the vitamin section...and sweet things (candy, cookies) would help my stomach feel less nauseated.
