You would need to know first spinning relative to what. There may be a greater thing and we, the entire universe, could be spinning into it. But just as once we thought earth was the center of the universe, we lack of the tecnology to answer that question. So far there is no evidence of spin, but there is no proof against it either.

Well there is no proof that we are in any reference frame in which to spin (we don't know what is outside the universe).
For us inside, the best clues that we aren't spining are that there is no central point around which to spin. If we were spinning about some point there would be a reactive centrifugal force, pushing objects away from it (even outside of a seperate gravity field). Our universe expands in all directions not away from a single point or axis. Also there is no appearent sheer or typical rotation shape to our universe. Spinning things, like worlds have things moving at different speeds around an axis, this creates a sheer like the lines of cloud on Jupiter, that phenomena does not seem to exist as far as I know on a universal level.

Actually, there are some conflicting theories that propose a spinning universe.
Where is the proof? Who knows. We don't really have any yet.
