Alright, this is tried and true. first, make sure that your kids are in good hands. then, spend some time alone with your thoughts...only the good ones. what you do is this..... turn off your cell phone. grab your mp3 player/CD player, and head down to the local waterfront (if there is no waterfront around, go to the top of a secluded hilltop). Watch the sun set, and drink a nice cold milkshake (or in the winter, nice hot chocolate) and just listen to a relaxing song. bask in your own relaxation. picture your problems, clouds of dark energy (sounds ridiculous, helps alot) floating away from you. then, after the sunset, go into town and walk around for a while. stay moving, and just walk for about a half an hour. then, make your way back home. climb into bed, catch a movie, and slowly drift to sleep. works like a charm. do this once a week for best results.

Next year, space your gift-shopping out. Every 2-3 months or so, get a gift, wrap it, and hide it. That way, it's all put together as you go.

Also consider saving the spendable cash on gift cards, and then when this time of year rolls around (Note: LABOR DAY), start using your gift cards to shop.

Best of all, do something you'd have fun doing anyways. And if you can include the kids, invite them along. Be an *example* of how to enjoy life.

Go for a long walk, read a good book, listen to some favorite CD's, take a long bubble bath, and fix a cup of tea...you have to pamper yourself once in awhile, to be able to keep up with everyone else. Good luck...things will all work out fine. Enjoy the holiday and the birthday...DE-Stress! Take one day at a time!

If you are worrying about something then you are not letting God do his magic. Most things that we worry about never come to pass. So let it go... and start thinking positive thoughts. No...brings more of what you don't want and Yes! bring more of what you want. Be grateful for what you have and ask for peace, and harmony in your life.
Any problem that you have "Golden Key It!" Let it go...

think easier. i have 1 brother and 4 sisters. we all have birthdays on different months of the year. counting mom and dad, that's eight birthdays in eight months straight! not to mention all of the holidays, sports, and church we go to every sunday and wednesdays!

You must be feeling better now! LOL
