My Sony laptop will not boot up. The battery still full and I plug the power cord in, but nothing happen. There were no sign of light, sound or anything at all. I think it might be the power generator, but I’m not sure. What could cause that?

Open the battery and put in the power plug and then see if it boots up. I had a similar problem like yours

If it is 100% dead - no lights, no nothing - it is most likely the power supply. (Or the on/off switch). It is something you are going to have to have a pro look at. Does not sound like something you can fix yourself...
