Jewelry, and not the cheap kind! Women of all ages love jewelry! The older you get, the more expensive the jewelry should be. For an 18th birthday, a simple bracelet or earrings would be appropriate. Be as simple or as elaborate as your budget can afford. Just remember, she'll expect something bigger or better next time!

Jewelery, it doesn't have to be something big, like accessories... when I turned 18 I got jewelery from my parents and grandparents and I asked the rest of my family to give me money, they all got together and gave me an envelope with the money and I bought whatever I wanted with it. I f its a friend then you could also get her perfumes, cream, splash, you know that sort of thing...
But I'm telling you the best way to go is to get together with the rest of the girls friends and give her money or a gift certificate that way she'll get something she really really wants.
