I am need help from any body to pay the debited amount in my country and without pay the dues amount cant go?

i issue cheques when i was working in my country since i had my own business and i lost too much money . the merchaents they records legal cases against me since i cant pay them the cheques amounts the law in my country i have to pay or to go to jail . now i am out of my country and i am not working since my age is 58 year and it is very difficult to find job
