My 02 Montero Limited keeps running hot and I dont know why.?

All of the fluids are at the full level. And there is no leakage what so ever, but it still runs hot. The just started happening and I dont know why. Please Help!

Your system needs to be bled. someone added antifreeze and did not bleed the system.

Check the thermostat and the temperature sensor.
Also double check your oil and fluid to make sure they are the appropriate color. That is, make sure you don't have blown gasket.
