two answers.
1. 4.5 divided by 90.
easy, all you do is move the decimal point up into the quotient place, add a zero before the decimal and do regular division. so the answer here is 0.05
2. 90 divided by 4.5
now you have a decimal in the divisor place. you want to get rid of that. so multiply both by 10 and you will now have 900 divided by 45. this will give you the same answer that 90 divided by 4.5 would have, so just divide away!
the answer here is 20.
