Yes. John Kerry should be forced to resign . He's still fighting the Viet nam War-AGAINST AMERICA . Back then he was honored in the communist War Museum in Ho Choi Minh , as one of the HEROES WHO HELPED THE COMMUNIST WIN THE WAR AGAINST AMERICA . Today his picture is still displayed there . Many former P.O.W.'s ( I found link thru Swift Boat vets site awhile back )..
have a website-with pictures- talking about the pitiful torture they suffered as P.O.W.s' everytime their captives heard Kerry's lies about attrocities . Today John Kerry , true to form , gives aid & comfort to the enemy while our American military are being killed & captured-John Kerry calls them stupid-and tries to get a laugh while doing so .Resignation is too good for him . He should be jailed for treason .

Do you really want to get into a discussion of good and fair treatment of the military? How about the republican controlled congress voting to reduce veterans benefits the very day we went into Iraq?
What Kerry said was factually correct. A kid who doesn't study might have no other choice than to go into the army where he would probably be sent to Iraq.

i'd locate an apology from John Kerry meaningless, at any cost. it really is beside the point even if he will exhibit regret. believe him to thrust himself into the limelight, a twin of tried to do about being a "vet." i imagine, if Mr. Kerry quite talked about with being a Vietnam vet, the ultimate component he would do is attempt to get our troops disparaged and spit on the way the Vietnam vets were.

No, the President and Vice-President should resign for misleading the nation into war under false pretenses.

The people in the military, many of whom couldn't afford to go to college, were sent off to die in a quagmire designed by a President who failed to fulfill his military obligations in the National Guard, and a Vice-President who skipped military service altogether because he had "more important things to do".

Michael Moore was right, the poor are the pawns fighting and dying in the battles of the rich.

I mean I don't find the statement he made so stupid. It is true that most military men lack guidance, structure, stability, smarts, intelligence, TRUE Christian values - what it really means to serve God and not the ways of the world.

I have dated many and been married to one military man. Let me say that I will not go down that road again.

The military wants young youths and other screwballs that they can mold and convince them that "fighting for your country" justifies murder of their brothers and sisters all over the world. Militaries of the world also fuel this bloodshed because the governments of the world, U.S. included, are only doing things according to dumb man's ego and not doing things according to God's standards.

Military men are winged and pecked by other evil slobs to get drunk, whore themselves and women too, to kill "for our country" blah...it all gets so old. Look at Kim in North Korea...another man and military boasted up by ego and psychosis; doesn't differ much from any world government.

Kerry, though he is a politician is correct in that the governments prey on weak-minded young folks who have no direction, no full education, who commit crimes, and who are very naive and inexperienced...obviously decent parenting didn't seem to be a factor in these ones' upbringing.

Stuck in Iraq...wow; that's about the way it is right now...these military bozos are either stuck in Iraq or 6 feet under and then they breed more of the same.

Psalms 115: 4 -- Their idols are silver and gold,
The work of the hands of earthling man; A mouth they have, but they can speak nothing; Eyes they have, but they can see nothing..

Psalms 146: 3 Do not put YOUR trust in nobles,
Nor in the son of earthling man, to whom no salvation belongs. 4 His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; In that day his thoughts do perish

Armageddon will be an awesome time because this will be God's war and put an end to all man's wars and hatred for each other. The ones perpetuating this madness in the world today will be put six feet under never to be heard from or seen ever again.

Daniel 2: 44 “And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these [worldly] kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite.

This will be an awesome time.

Isaiah 3: 4 ....And he [Jehovah God] will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore....

Acts 10: 34 ....God is not partial, 35 but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.

If he is not partial, who are we to be this way? Crazy world now...crazy crazy times; can't wait until this system of things is destroyed.

Not only should he resign. He should be made to stand in front of the graduating class at West Point and forced to say he is a complete idiot and an insufferable, elitist snob.

Should Bush resign for getting almost 3000 soldiers killed in a war based on a lie, against a country which did not pose a threat?

Call me funny, but I think that's a more serious matter than one ill-considered offhand remark.
