Universe is not a spinning mass structure
it is expanding.
BUT ,the mass in the entire body expands and spins on their own axis due to centrifugal force formed due to gravity

No. There is no evidence that the whole universe is spinning. No centrifugal force, no Coriolis force, no center of rotation, nothing.

It's impossible to say if it has a net angular momentum or not. But, given the rate at which you go in circles, it may soon develop one ☺

Not as far as we can tell. If it were, there would be a preferred direction (that of the axis of rotation), but we don't see such a preference in our observations.
