I have to take my nose ring out for work, but it hurts everytime I have to try and shove it back in! Is there something I can buy to keep the hole open while I'm at work???

I believe they have a retainer made from clear plastic for such purposes. I know a girl at work who uses one for her tongue ring during business hours. You don't really notice it unless you really look.

you can get a piece off a broom like the little bristoles and cut it the length you want it! works like a charm i use it!

they sell clear plastic posts you can insert. I believe you can get them just about anywhere that's sells body jewelry.
