Without leaving a hole behind? You can try to chip the stuff off. Using a hot iron to soften it might help.

Acetone (nail polish remover) can also be tried, but this can cause a hole in the fabric.

Nail polish remover on the spot. Then wash on the gentle cycle.
Dry on delicate.

Nail polish remover for that type.
Acetone.
Either may damage synthetic fabrics.
Try a concealed spot first,
Polish can stain no matter what you do.

Try Goo Gone it smells strong , but it may help.
