I have a pair of black military-style boots that I want to wear for a Halloween party, but they have grass stains on the outside of them, on the toe part. Would soap and water be sufficient to get them out? The boots are made of hard leather.

saddle soap works better and then use black polish they should come out great

Take an old tooth brush.. put tooth paste on it and gently rub the grass stains.. It should come off
