The President is never going to be honest with you. He's simply a crooked political salesman in everything he does.

The Clear Skies initiative, lowered the penalities for pollution.

Tax cuts for "those who need it most" were for the rich and ultra-rich, because they don't already have enough.

War in Iraq was to destroy Saddam's WMD: He didn't have any, as the weapons inspectors told us time and time again.

O.K....that didn't work so War in Iraq is really about Democracy: but the majority in Iraq are Shia, conservative religious Muslims who will implement a theocracy, not a democracy. Civil war has already started.

O.K...that didn't work, so, we have to "stay the course": but the various factions are aligned against the imperialist agressors (a news report recently quoted an Iraqi farmer who was asked by the American military if he had seen any foreign fighters- the man replied, "Yes, you.").

...the President abandoned the "stay the course" rhetoric recently.

The science of global warming in incontrovertable: but the President has his political staff edit the scientific studies that show global warming is happening to hide the truth.

We were attacked by a group of terrorists. Now we are fighting a war involving, but not directly caused by the same group who attacked us. There are plenty of his policies at home that may be flawed, but because he is a war-time president he deserves our support to try to finish what was started.

He's a zealot who refuses to accept the wisdom of anyone who disagrees with him or his narrow World view.

His 'protection' of us has only increased our chances of actually being in danger from terrorists.
