i no longer have sbc yahoo i have a new internet provider, but i still wanna usa sbc's router i hook it up on one computer and it workd fine but i rout it downstairs to another computer and it keeps giving me the sbc yahoo cant connect i know it cant beacuse i no longer have the service so is it blocked or something upstairs is fine thanks

Have you deleted the internet connection for it? Have you uninstalled the sbc service stuff? Uninstall the hardware from the somputer in question and the internet connection on it, then start over.

Also, you may need to set up your home network again.

the problem is not on the 2wire it's on the PC

uninstall all software that is related to SBC on the PC

Conneca USB cable as to your primary computer. If you have windowsXP PRO, it will automaticllyinstall the driver. MSN is the default search engine so MSN's service will show up on your screen when you log onto the net.

oh well maybe if it is blocked, it is probably that you have the 2wire modem firewall turned on. if not, it might be that there is something wrong w/ the connection.
