Yes, and I believe that if you are black, legal, and born in America, you are an American, not an African American, quit separating yourself. Be American. And if you are Hispanic, legal, and born in America, you are American! Quit trying to separate yourself!

If you were born in America your main nationality will be American despite skin colour or families nationalities, if your parents have different nationalities then you will have there nationailities as dual nationalities(more than one nationality) but yes, you're American.

Who says you're legal just cuz you CLAIM to be caucasian? My father's a third generation american of mexican decent and it says "caucasian" on his birth certificate - and he's got the darkest skin I've ever seen for a white boy!

I think that any American citizen, wether born or naturalized, is an American.
Also, it is Caucasian, and race nor color matters, a citizen is a citizen, and therefor an American.
