The surface of the Earth is 2/3 ocean and 1/3 land, and I think that is the answer you are looking for.

However, most of the water on Earth is within the top ten kilometers of Earth's surface. The dominate elements in the Earth are iron (Fe), oxygen (O), silicon (Si), magnesium (Mg), nickel (Ni) and sulfur (S). This is because the vast majority of the mass of the Earth is contained within the mantle which is mainly peridotite (a type of mineral) and magnesium and silicate oxides.

The core of the Earth is mainly iron and nickel. And the crust of the Earth is mainly composed of granite in the continents and basalt along the seafloor.
