Well you have to make a choice, do you want a job where you will always be in bondage to your boss's wife or not. If not go to your boss's wife and tell her if she doesn't stop you are telling her husband. If she doesn't stop tell, if he fires you so be it. You are free to find employment where you are not being harassed. I think sexual harrasment on the job would include the boss's wife also.

Calmly and rationally take her aside-record the conversation(Using a Digital Voice Recorder),lead the conversation around to what she is Proposing-then politely decline!
If the Tone of the conversation takes a bitter, nasty twist-then back away Calmly.

Then take it to her Husband, where you can explain what is going on.
And if needs be you have the audio Evidence to support your plea!

The fields of Eden
Are full of trash
And if we beg and we borrow and steal
We'll never get it back
People are hungry
They crowd around
And the city gets bigger as the country comes begging to town

We're stuck between a rock
And a hard place
Between a rock and a hard place

Stay as far away from her as possible, but whenever you do see her, be polite and laugh it off as if it was a joke. Good luck. Whatever you do, don't do her, that'll do you in for sure.

I would say be polite and yet distant. If she talks to you, always mention your girlfriend and how much you love her, even if you don't have a girlfriend. Basically, stay out of her path as much as possible.
