Corpse Bride.
Veil, dead-looking bouquet, long white raggedy dress, and frayed and dirty gloves. Ring is optional.
Marie Antoinette.
Wear hair up in fancy, tall style (with gel, nothing is impossible). Wear a long dress and gloves. Powder her face with baby powder and sprinkle powder all over her hair. Buy some cheap red-as-a-cherry lipstick at a drugstore and use it to redden her lips subtley. The bloody slit mark on the neck is optional.

Ask your daughter what she want to wear and her interest, then based on that information devise a design that can be fully realized in hours using avaiable and/or readily avaiable materials.
Think something that is used in the average day rather than something fancy.
If you want a more elaborate design, then think about a design for next year.

A bubble bath is good and easy.
white shirt
white pants
shower cap or baseball cap (white if possible)
white ballons (about 50 5inch)
safety pins
rubber ducky or bath toy.
Attach the ballons to the front of the shirt and the hat.
carry your bath items with the bath toy( it completes the costume)
If possible get bottle of bubbles she can blow through out the day.

Put her in pajamas, put rollers in her hair, and give her a feather duster. If you can find some white hair-spray-color at this point, make her hair a little while. she'll be a desperate housewife!

i did pregnant Brittany spears....but I had a plastic head microphone like she wears and a hat, I just put a pillow under my shirt and carried a plastic doll for Sean Preston...everyone got it at the bar
