Other than the costume - the biggest accessory you will have to have is ATTITUDE!!!

Wear the crown and the pink boa, and jeans and a cool looking t-shirt that says something like, "Drama Queen". Wear comfortable but cute shoes for trick-or-treating.

It's all in the makeup. I would do really exaggerated colors, fake eyelashes, even a fake beauty mark! Remember, drama queens love attention and will do anything (normally negative) to gett it, so make sure you are in character! If you have the $$ I would go and get a quality wig from a wig shop or beauty supply to really top it off. Spend at least $30, and DO NOT go to the halloween shop for a wig, they are cheap, fake looking and you can't brush them or style them at all.

I'd suggest finding a dress that you don't care if you ruin (someting light colored - white, pink, hit thrift stores if you don't have one) and then writing very well known Shakespearean verse on it - like "To be or not to be", "A horse, a horse! My kingdom for a horse!", "All the world's a stage", "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?", "Et tu, Brute?", "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways..." etc. You can very easily google well known Shakespearean quotes. If people don't get it and ask, you say (very dramatically), "Duh, I'm a drama queen!" then walk away declaring you need time to yourself to focus. Should be very good for a laugh.
