You have a bad case of diarhea. It's simple, they can relate, don't want you stinking up the work place or messing in your pants and will never ask for proof!

tell the boss you found a lump on your testicle, if female then you found one on you breast. When you do go back to work the boss will feel so sorry for you he/she will never even consider asking for a DR slip lol.
