I assume that you are referring to Oxygen gas dissolved in water such as for fish, and not how much O is in H2O.

As water gets warmer it holds less O2.
Bolied water does not hold any O2.
As water bounces over rocks and bumps it dissolves more O2.

Water is comprised of 2 parts Hydrogen to one part Oxygen: H2O.
