i need to unlock the v3 razors.

If you have been with Tmobile for sometime, you can request for an unlock code from tmobile customer support. Tell them you are travelling overseas. They will send u the unlock code by email in few days after a request is sent through. This will be at no cost to you.
If you for some reason cannot do via customer support, the next option is to go to eBay.com and search for Unlock code sellers for your razr model. This ofcourse will cost you some money.
In both the cases you will be asked for your phone's IMEI number which can be found behind the cell phone battery. You can also try typing *#06# on your phone.

Unlock motorola v3 only cost 1.5- 3$. I used an it unlocked my phoen perfecttly

read the manual or call the company orrrr u can hold down the button u use to hang up... or there must be a side button cause all my family members have cell phones even t mobile so look for a button on the bottom or the top or side if u cant figure it out then call the company and ask or look in the manual.

I Don't know how to specifically-but you will find that there are certain dealers that CAN unlock Handsets!
Normally around $20 Bucks
