I suggest trying a moisturizing lotion for the heat rash, change your detergent to a free and clear type, I use Seventh Generation, wash your bedding more often and make sure you are staying well-hydrated. I would also make an appointment with a homeopathic practitioner and see if there is something that you may be able to deal with using complimentary medicine.

An allergic reaction is your body's answer to something that it feels isn't right. an allergy to peanuts is usually because the allergic individual doesn't tolerate one or more chemical combinations in the peanut, or might be to the fertilizers or pesticides that the peanut is grown with. Most alternative therapists can find what is causing the problem in your body and work to correct it.

You may want to look into energy healing also, rashes and allergies can be a symptom of a larger problem that energy healing may be able to find and solve where western medicine may only be able to treat the rash/allergy.

Good luck!

allergies are triggered b/c your body thinks that they should attack what it is that's there. our bodies are great, but in this case, kinda stupid. like if you eat something your allergic to, your body thinks it's something bad and it tries to fight it, but obviously say peanut butter is not a disease. but seriously, the small bites all over, i'm not sure what that is, make an appointment with your doctor

First off, try putting lotion on your body.

You cannot "reset" your body. Allergies, actually, are not caused by "things". What you feel and see are YOUR body's reaction to those items. If nothing helps, go to a good allergy doctor.
Good luck. Pops
