I don't believe in ghosts. I believe there are things in this world that we cannot and will not be able to ever explain... However I think making crap up to justify those things that are unexplainable is just out and out dumb. My psychology professor once said to me "The human mind is incapable of comprehending nothingness; we can not understand death because death in and of itself is nothingness!"- If you think about it- it's true- our whole lives we've always been thinking, or doing, or something... We are incapable of understanding the nothingness that is death and therefore we create ways to continue life even after it has ceased. Probably a bit more philosophical than you were looking for... sorry. Happy Halloween! = )

I'm iffy. I've had some experiences with things that can't really be explained, but I still can't bring myself to believe firmly that ghosts exist (just an example, while lying in the bed in the old part of my house, which was originally built in 1900, I felt something or someone climb into the bed, but I was alone in the house). I do believe in angels and demons, so there's always the possibility.
As far as scientists having proven that they're not real... I don't think scientists should delve into the world of the supernatural. There are some things that just have no explination.

i do believe in ghost. personally i think ghost can be here for a couple reasons. for one, they may have unfinished business and two maybe theyre just not ready to leave yet. there are two kinds of ghost, one knows your there and interacts with you and then there are the ones that go on about their normal life patterns and dont know that your there. i think that ghost are just spirits without a physical body that are just waiting around until judgement day. bc in the bible it says that god will first raise up the dead so that means that theyre not already in heaven so they have to be somewhere. but anyway, thats just my opinion on all that.

I believe in ghosts. Not necessarily souls not at rest. Just souls looking for someone/something. Sometimes just souls looking out for loved ones left behind.

Yes I do. And they are souls not at rest. Spirits differ from ghosts, Ghosts are earthbound and often don't know they are dead. Spirits are on the other side, and find ways other than appearing (often) to contact us here.

I'm starting to believe in ghosts because I seriously think there is one at this old bar I work at. Actually, I think that there are two, one is mean and one is nice. Everyone there believes it. The other night a friend and I sat down at the bar after hours to have an after work drink... and we were like, wisked away, talking to some guy for hours and then when we came back to reality, the sun was up and we were just like "WTF just happened"? Because no one was in the bar...

Yes, I believe in the supernatural. Ghosts are spirits. They either don't know they are dead or they are afraid to leave what they know. They could be angry spirits who are afraid of going to Hell. They might have unfinished business, such as catching their killer or something they need a loved one to know before they move on. They may be afraid of going toward the light. There are many possibilities.

Ghost or just traveling spirits. Once I was visited by a neighbors dead son because we were talking about him visiting her one day. She had his remain under her bed and she showed me a Teddy Bear he had given to her before he died of AIds. She so much wanted to see him. We prayed together for her pain relief and he visited me several days later lost trying to find her. I just prayed that he would leave my home and when I awaoke in the morning he was gone. God is the almighty and the powerful and no evil can come of you when God is in your heart and soul.
