Need ideas for Halloween OUTFIT, not necessarily costume..?

Some conditions for it though. I'm a student at Virginia Tech and I'm on the crew team. I will be wearing this while rowing the boat, so it cannot inhibit my rowing ability. I don't really have a way to purchase much, so I need ideas that are inexpensive or do not require too many materials (flexible). This is an annual tradition on the crew team, I'd like to win it if I can. Thanks in advance, and GO HOKIES!

Wear the colors of your team's rival school.
Apply makeup to yourself so that you look either dead or badly beaten up.
Make "chains" out of aluminum foil, by just twisting them into shape. Make sure to make the "chain" long enough so that it reaches from around your neck down to the boat (So, it looks as if you're being held there against your will!).

Here's what I did. It was easy because there wasnt much special stuff I needed. I was a mime. I found some black pants and put them on, then a black sweater, then a white shirt over that sweater. I put on a black designed tie and black and white mittens to give me a mimish look, and finished it with tap shoes or just fancy shoes, and a top hat if you can. Then find some light, light makeup like blush or something a light peachish color and use a sponge to apply it all over your face to make your face pale. Some other makeup colors for design can do wonders like red eyelids or something. You look kind of emo but not really, and its really creative. I didn't talk for the rest of the day but did what a mime does best, I mimed.

Edit: So, I wasn't the only one who thought mime. =P And yes, the makeup does it all.

How about you just wear orange and black clothes? Your bound to have some of those lying around - lol

Actually... you could wear UVA colors and put on corpse looking make-up.... lol

Uh... ahem... okay, that's about it for me. The "cannot inhibit rowing ability" is difficult.....

What about a mime? It's all about the make-up... black pants, white t-shirt, and you've got it.

Wear all white and either paint a yellow circle on your shirt or cut out a yellow circle of construction paper and tape it to your shirt. Now either buy devil horns or use tape red contruction paper triangles onto a headband and you are a deviled egg.

Wear a slip over your clothes and pin a piece of paper with Freudian written on it to the slip you are a Freudian slip.

On a plain white shirt either draw, paint or tape a letter P to it and color one eye black you are a black-eyed-pea.

Distressed jeans and an orange, black, purple, or red shirt. Or just a shirt that says something like "Trick or Treat" or has a pumpkin or black cat on it. Bring a sweatshirt, too (hopefully a "Halloween color") because it's cold out in the water.

2. Dress in all pink and hang a floyd sign around your neck. You are Pink Floyd
3. Tie a leaf on a string and tape it to a baseball cap. Blow on it and you are a leafblower.
