me and my hubby have been trying to conceive since august. im not due for my period for another week. two days ago i notice a light brown tan color spotting on my underware and when i wiped there was nothing. yesterday i saw the same thing but it was more brown color like it got a little darker and that was it, for the rest of the day it stopped until just now it spotted just a little but not that noticeable. This morning when i went to the bathroom, there was nothing there, like it completely stopped. could it be implantation bleeding? i have never spotted before my period. i have been off birth control for a year now. ive been to the OB to check to see if im okay about 3 weeks ago and i was good. has anyone had this and ended up pregnant?

It's very common for women to have spotting during implantation (usually two weeks after actual conception). I would say there's a good change you're pregnant. Get a home pregnancy test to tell. Generally 12 days after conception your body begins producing the HCG hormone which pregnancy tests test for. Best of luck!

I never got implantation bleeding, but it sounds about right to me. I've been seeing these commercials for a home pregnancy test that you can take 5 days before your period... I don't remember the name of it, but the package is pink or red...??? Have you seen them? Sorry I'm not as helpful as I wish I were. :P

implantation bleeding is so rare that it only occurs in 2% of all women and if you did have that it would be only a light linkish spotting that takes palce the same time as a period not before or after it

it could be implantation bleeding. the way you described it is how it has always happened to me. i would just wait and see if your period starts and if not take a test.

It could very well be. Wait a week to test.
