I Think the Parallax of Nearby Stars. It Shows the Earth is In Motion. I Can See Duchess Ella's Point, but Stick By my Original Answer.

I thought it's direction of sunrise? Because of Earth's incline, when it's moving around the sun, the direction of sunrise changes according.

Parallax of nearby stars can just mean the whole solar system is moving...
