Your right that is tough to choose - it depends on your preferences personally but I know that working weekends and weird hours would probably begin to tick me off if I had to do it all the time so the additional pay probably wouldnt be worth it for me. The supervisor part is tempting - very tempting, but it would really have to depend on whether you wouldnt mind organizing your life outside the 9-5 box. I think personally I would go for the first one and keep working at it or looking for a higher position while still being comfortable.

Job B, definitely
Job A is requiring you be fluent in French, not "practice". There may be a very short trial period as well.
Job B is offering you a responsible position (supervisor) which requires many more skills than just knowing a 2nd language. Having the 2 days off on the weekdays is to your advantage - banks are open, golf courses slow, etc... Plus the better salary gives you a chance to save more money - don't just think I'll make more, so I'll spend more.
Sit down and write down your personal and professional goals. Which job will push you more in that direction?(If you're trying to move to France, Job A might come out ahead...)
Good luck....

It depends on your lifestyle. Job A is great for someone who needs to work a more traditional schedule (has kids, wants to be with friends on weekends, isn't good with changing sleep hours). Job B is great for someone who is flexible and does not mind working weekends.
I'm a weekend person, so I don't think I could do it. I'd wish I could take Job B, but I would probably end up taking Job A.

Which job do you think you'll learn and challenge you the most? Are these jobs something you've wanted to do as a career or is it a stepping stone to something greater? or do you just want to have a steady job that pays well? What are the benefits (healthcare and retirement plans, tuition remission, etc)??
I could go on...but these are things to consider.

Take the job that gives you the ability to advance in the company, and/or the one that offers a 401k with matching funds.

Thats a tuff question. It really depends upon your natural progression. Are you experienced in supervision? will it be your first supervision position. Keep in mind pay isn't everything. You must be HAPPY in your job.
