There is no right answer for that question and I suppose there will never be! How can you justify abortion for one person and be wrong for anther? If a women is raped and becomes pregnant I say yes it is OK. But if a teenager becomes pregnant then let her have the child and give it up for adoption. But what of a child who becomes pregnant from her own father? There is no way they should sit on death row when the decision comes down to each women who is carrying that child, not the one who is performing the abortion. Maybe it should be the mothers that should sit on death row??????

No goofy, your government has made it legal to some abortions. That means that they can be performed legally. Some vegetarians think that meat eaters aught to be on death row. If an abortionist is doing illegal abortions then he should be tried. In your state if that was the case and they put murders on death row then the answer is yes. You must simply vote for different folks if you want the laws to change. Most abortionist are doing their job even if you think it is immoral to suck your child down the sink. Fight the laws, not the law abiding citizens.

What a controversial subject to be asking questions about, apparently you haven't been personally involved any circumstances that surrounds the ones involved that have been forced to make the decision to go through with abortion. If you had you'd know that it isn't open for discussion where controversy is involved. It is a very delicate subject. I think there should be an Internet etiquette class everyone should be required to take with the ISP, so there isn't this kind of Topic's people like yourself post on a question and answer board where curious children may be lurking. To answer your question "NO" absoulutely "NOT"

Now now now ... abortion isn't always murder. There are instances where it is a better alternative to carrying a pregnancy to full term -- particularly when the portends are such that survival for all concerned appear bleak at best.
Such decisions cannot be carte blanche and remain objective or fair -- but sometimes the alternatives to abortion are in reality far worse than a termination itself.

I'm not going to comment on the question about death to the murderers of babies. BUT! I will point out one fact. If ANY of you pro-choice advocates can look at this site and tell me that what you see isn't murder I'll be astonished. Perhaps the answer isn't to kill the people that abort babies, but there's just no doubt that from conception the life inside a woman is a human child.

omg, this is just getting rediculous. an abortion is a LEGAL medical procedure to end a pregnancy. murder is not.
yeah, it's sad that babies die, but when you look at the bigger picture, death is sometimes necessary. just imagine what the world would be like if there were no abortions. orphanages would be constantly overflowing, and the number of people applying for food stamps would skyrocket. not to mention that there's a major overpopulation problem on this planet.
if a woman decides to have an abortion, that is her right. we may not like it, but in reality, it's most likely for the greater good.

The definition of 'murder' is causing an UNLAWFUL death. Legal abortions, wars, death penalties, etc. are not, by defintion, murder.
It really ticks me off to see people play the 'emotions' card in debates like this- using a highly-charged, but inaccurate term like 'murder' in this connotation.
Come on- we can do better!

ok, look at your question. Abortion is murder. Death by leathal injection is murder. Putting someone to death in any way is murder. Where does it stop? If a person murders another person, he is put to death. How about the person who gave the lethal injection? He is now a murderer. Should he set on death row?
