I just ordered a pair of shoes online and I choose the DHL Express option to have it delivered here to me, but now that I look around it seems that DHL is not very realible, and I just hope the shoes do reach me in a timely manner.

At my office we use DHL to ship. They aren't that good at all. I very seldom see them come in with the things on time. I would call and check on your order to see where it's location is.

DHL and FedEx go out of their way to make it right. Sounds like you may not be talking to the right people or there are circumstances involved that cannot be overcome. (i.e. you shipped a package worth $2,000, didn't insure it, then it got lost and you want it replaced = you're out of luck) Otherwise, escalate to the next level and the next until they resolve it.

I used DHL because the escrow company sent their self-addressed envelope with DHL. It took me a little more time to
find their mailing box but once I did, it got there just fine.

Well last week they lost an overnight of mine. (which has yet to be found)

-no big deal.....just a large check inside of it.

I am very upset with DHL.

I love DHL, I use them all the time at work. They have a rep for being a little slower, but they haven't failed me yet!

Getting things delivered through them has been always timely. Otherwise I have never used them myself since they are somewhat pricey.

My company uses it to ship samples and cleansers, works perfectly fine, just like FedEx :)

Use USPS instead. Fedex is pretty good also.
