friend, my advice is to clear (not all, at least some) your fines. don't play a fool with the government, man! do you know that you can appeal for the fines? of course you must have a very good reason for the appeal. if you appeal some, then you'll need to clear only some, right? at least go to Traffic Police and appeal for more time to clear the rest of your fines, they won't issue any warrant if you were to do someting from your side. but if you just keep ignoring those fines, you'll be in deep trouble, man!
serving jail sentence for carpark offence is not great man, it would affect your life record. even to serve for a couple of days in the jail doesn't mean you need not pay the fines. you'll still have to pay those outstanding fines. in other words, you'll still be in trouble!
good luck, man!

Better call the court and ask them what the fines for the tickets are and what the jail sentences would be for the misdemeanor offense is. If you get a good lawyer, you can have them reduced or eliminated. I doubt you will go to jail.

ask the police.. if you do not have the $ to pay carpark fines..but you have the $ to own a car..it doesn't make sense.

Beside it is cheaper if you buy the parking coupons
