And when is the best time to start using it on it. i just did surgeon on my scar about a week ago.. i have taken off the bandage as instructed. but i need some help on creams to make it comes out great..

Well vitamin E works good and so does cocoa butter cream. With the vitamin E gel cap poke a hole in one end and get the liquid out and put right on your scar and rub it in. A friend of mine used the cocoa butter cream and it works good. With both just use every day and you will see drastic changes. Hope i helped.

When my plastic surgeon did my breast reconstruction after cancer, he said that putting paper tape on the incision helps reduce the appearance of scars. I did it for my scars, but in some areas I ended up with an allergic reaction to the tape. Anyway, the areas where I was able to keep the tape on did heal much better and thinner than the other scars. I am not sure of what kind of surgery you have had, or if this will pertain to you at all, but good luck with everything!

Mederma it is about $25.00 a tube... but it is the best.. buy it at any drugstore

Try Allantoin(generic name). They say it can also prevent keloids.
