I just think its pretty funny Republicans on this board tried to spin this as "Kerry calls troops STUPID!!!!"
A perfect example of conservatives hearing what they want to hear, and not what is said. Do you agree with their interpretation of the clip, or mine?

Its about our troops.... He was speaking on higher education.
