with war crimes and crimes against humanity?

I can answer that!

(1) There is no American Third Reich. You're just sore your candidate lost fair and square according to the rules every other president was elected on.

(2) Bush is an elected president, not emperor, and his decisions were supported by a majority in Congress... officials also elected. It was also supported by a UN resolution.

(3) Because bringing democracy and civil liberties, and saving people from the torturous regime of a maniacal dictator has NEVER been considered a war crime.

I'm sooo glad you asked this idiotic question so I could educate you and shed some light on the darkness known as your ignorance!

Anything else?

As you can see from the previous answers...

The reason why is because Americans don't care about the truth of what Bush has done. They don't care because their lives haven't been affected in the short-term.

They are self-involved in their own lives and are uneducated on the after-effects or the analysis of the long-term effects of Bush's decisions.

They make a guess that he is doing a good job. They make a guess that he hasn't broken any laws (when in fact he's broken 750 laws including those of the Geneva Convention, and exempted himself from it).

They listen to the one-sided media that propagates Bush as a good guy who does these evil things for the good of the nation.

I'm not saying this because I dislike Bush. This is the reality of the condition of Americans now. They believe a valid argument to the problems in Congress or in Iraq, or with the President is: "if you don't like it, leave."

This is why Bush will never be charged with war crimes. Because of the sorry, pathetic state of the American people who do not practice vigilance.

I am guilty of this myself. Which is why I am correcting it.

wow, at least once a day this is asked.

Maybe because you can't impeach someone because you disagree with them. It takes evidence. Such as seman on a dress, which proves you disrespected the United states judicial system, and lied to a grand jury.

Just because you don't like Bush, doesn't mean you can impeach him. Get over it, your guy lost the election.
