I've only had a girl. I was never sick, had no problem eating, although I did lose my taste for Mickey D's cheeseburgers, which used to be my fave! I had a very nice pregnancy, no problems. Symptom wise the only thing I noticed were sore breasts, like when that happens before your period sometimes, and they did grow just a tad. (before I knew) Also I knew something was up because my last period before I found out was not regular, and hardly anything.

When I was pregnant with all of my girls (I have three) I was so tired, I would fall asleep at the dinner table!! With each one the morning sickness got worse until with my last one I had to have IV fluids and phenergran (sp?) shots every other day. I had a son in Jan. (r.i.p.) and that pregnancy was different, I wasn't sick, I was tired, but a quick half hour nap during the day was all I needed, that one was the easiest! I'm now 10 weeks pregnant and obviously have no idea what this one is yet, but it's been a breeze as far as morning sickness or anything, we're crossing our fingers for a boy.

My pregnancies were different because I had my son and my second pregnancy was twin girls. The symptoms, however, were the same. I craved different foods in each pregnancy but that was all. Good luck.

I was a little sicker with the boy than the girl but other than that the pregnancies were very similar. I think all that stuff are wives tales.
